Michele Snead, Director of Performance Consulting at Insight, has been consulting for the past 21 years. Michele has worked large and small organizations driving end user adoption. Major change initiatives have included SAP transformations – specifically SAP S/4HANA. Michele and the Insight team focus on building custom solutions to ensure that each change initiative is addressed with the customer’s unique culture and needs.
