An SCM solution architect at SCM Connections, Mike is responsible for integrating the leading edge supply chain planning tools seamlessly into his client’s supply chain. A consultant, industry expert and thought leader for strategic direction and continuous improvement of consumer products supply chain planning process, Mike brings over 15 years of experience at the architect level. His background includes multiple wide-scale rollouts for Fortune 100 companies, reporting to both the IT and Supply Chain organization sides of the business. Because of his extensive work at the architect level, in both consumer products and pharmaceutical industries, along with his deep knowledge of SAP’s APO and IBP platforms, Mike has been a key resource for strategic projects in the consumer products industry, and has helped to develop best practices for adapting to a rapidly changing marketplace. Mike is also APICS CPIM certified and national ASUG Consumer Products program chair Mike’s core skills are in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SCM Supply Network Planning and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), focusing on consumer products and pharmaceutical industries.
