I have been involved in the transformation of organisations for over 25 years, with a passion for the effective and efficient delivery of business solutions. During this time, I have been involved with all aspects of the lifecycle of solutions - business case, implementation, deployment and ongoing run. The area I keep coming back to is the ongoing run component, which may not be as colourful as implementation, but for me is where the rubber hits the road.
