Since joining SAP about 30 years ago as a student, Daniela has always worked to drive HR solutions, with a 6-year break while her three children were still very young. She is the Product Area Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and leads the teams defining the product scope and vision. Before the merger with SuccessFactors, Daniela was Product Manager for SAP ByDesign Time Management. Prior to that, she was focused on organizational management, position management, skills and compensation management. Daniela is based in Walldorf, but also had the opportunity to live and work in the Bay area (California) from 1996-1998 and 2018-2019 where she enjoyed the culture mix and the proximity to the sea.
