Annie leads the High-Tech industry group in the US-Northeast Market Unit and is a leader in the CFO & Enterprise Value practice. In that capacity, Annie works closely with CFOs to deliver complex enterprise transformation programs. Specifically, she focuses on finance operating model strategy as well as cost reduction. Annie helps companies to address these areas amidst broader CFO initiatives, such as technology implementations or mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
