Use case examples from GCAA will include practical examples of how Glencore has innovated without implementing new technologies by: • Automating processes to reduce human effort with a Hiring Robot. • Developing a rapid prototyping methodology to stand up Power BI reports, before committing to a full data warehouse development. • Using existing SAP licenses for products you may not know you have i.e. Payroll Control Centre. • Extending existing functionality by re-using data to improve other business processes including managing employee overtime and attendance using gate pass (clock on clock off) data and SAP Time Evaluation.
