Survey Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    This incentive offer (“Offer”) is open to individuals who received an email invitation to complete the SAPinsider Survey and complete it in its entirety prior to the communicated deadline. Limit one (1) incentive per person and per email address.
  2. Incentive Description
    Eligible participants who complete the survey in full will receive a digital gift card (“Incentive”).
    The gift card will be issued in digital format and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  3. Completion Criteria
    To qualify for the Incentive, participants must:

    • Complete all required survey questions and submit their responses by the survey closing date; and
    • Provide a valid and accurate business email address for verification and delivery.

    Incomplete, duplicate, or falsified responses will be disqualified at SAPinsider’s sole discretion.

  4. Distribution and Timing
    Digital gift cards will be sent via email to qualifying participants within 30 days after the survey closing date.
    Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and that they can receive messages from SAPinsider or its fulfillment partners.
  5. Limitations
    • This Offer is limited to the first 100 eligible and completed survey responses, or as otherwise stated in the survey invitation.
    • SAPinsider reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
    • Incentives not claimed or accessed within 60 days of distribution are considered forfeited.
  6. Taxes and Reporting
    Any applicable taxes related to the Incentive are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
    SAPinsider and Wellesley Information Services may be required to report the value of the Incentive to tax authorities as required by law.
  7. Privacy and Data Use
    All survey responses will be kept strictly confidential and analyzed only in aggregate form.
    Contact information collected for the purpose of incentive distribution will not be shared or used for marketing purposes without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  8. General Conditions
    SAPinsider reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. By participating, respondents agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of SAPinsider, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer.
  9. Governing Law
    This Offer and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
