Sholpan Niyazbayeva

Sholpan joined Delivery Hero SE in 2017. She helped establish the internal audit function team, as the third member of the team. As Senior manager on the internal audit team, she focuses on internal audit execution and quality. Sholpan has more than 10 years’ experience executing a combination of internal and external audits. Before joining Delivery Hero in 2017, Sholpan managed and performed internal and external audits for various sizable companies in oil and gas, construction, aviation, FMCG, real estate, mass media and other industries. Her mission is to build a world-class audit team and nurture the younger generation of professionals to shape future of Delivery Hero. Sholpan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, having graduated with the magna cum laude distinction. She holds an ACCA certification and is also a Certified Internal Auditor.
