17+ years of IT leadership experience; inclusive of multi-year accountability for SAP/ERP management, including responsibility for all Global SAP environments, managing hosting, upgrades, monitoring, development, strategy, compliance, security, policies, authorizations and user management. Also held responsibilities over global Integrations including business decision making over system integration architecture and design, integration synergies and accountability for all business related integration projects. Managed teams accountable for the SAP Enterprise Portal and SAP MDM (Technical) Architectures. Currently I am the Director of IT, Technical Infrastructure Services, for Baker and Baker. Responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure landscape which includes IT Workplace Services, Enterprise Infrastructure and Operation Services and managing the IT Operations Service framework with the objective to reduce the overall cost of infrastructure management, and to optimise the infrastructure budget.
