Jena Sweigart

Jena Sweigart is the Senior Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions for UGI Utilities, Inc. She has been with UGI for over 14 years, primarily within the IT Organization. However, Jena also spent 2 years in Energy Management Administration and was a key participant in UGI’s UNITE (UGI’s Next Information Technology Transformation).

During UNITE Phase 1: Customer Relationship & Billing Transformation, Jena assisted in leading the effort for UGI’s Data Conversion and Reporting/Analytics team. For UNITE Phase 2: ERP Transformation, Jena served as the Technical Lead as UGI moved from Oracle Financials into SAP’s ERP S/4 HANA platform.

Currently, Jena serves as the Sr. Manager for IT Enterprise Solutions where she and her team supports SAP ERP, Blackline, and other key applications related to Finance, HR, and Communications. As the Sr. Manager for IT Enterprise Solutions, Jena is responsible for helping to understand business needs, the relationships among business processes, and assisting in identifying tools & opportunities to streamline and empower business technologies.
