David Davidson

David Davidson is a Senior Managing Director and Accenture's Platform Transformation Practice Lead and one of Accenture's leading thinkers in Finance of the Future. He has held positions in Accenture's North America CFO & Enterprise Value Practice, as well as Accenture’s NA Innovation & Thought Leadership Practice. David has more than 28 years of professional experience working across multiple industries and leading large global platform transformation programs leveraging SAP as the digital core. He has led a wide range of finance transformation projects including strategic cost management, shared services, operating model design, organization model design, zero-based budgeting, benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, M&A, strategy, reporting & data warehousing, and system implementations.
