Vinod Kumar

Vinod Kumar is a senior member of the IBM SAP Practice and responsible for delivering complex SAP transformations for both public and private sector clients. Vinod has over 17 years of experience as a complex program manager. At the Toronto Transit Commission, Vinod was the Business Transformation and Program Leader of a multi-year IT Modernization and Business Transformation program enabled by SAP. The scope of the program included a hybrid solution of on-premise solutions for Finance on SAP S/4HANA with a sidecar approach for Payroll and Benefits on SAP Business Suite on HANA, and HCM cloud solutions for Human Resources using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and C4C Ask HR (Service Centre).
