Partnering for a Successful FutureSep 14, 2023 — Organizations need to prioritize innovation. Improving agility, ensuring resilience, and unlocking data-driven analytics across business operations are not only essentials for success and growth, but also prerequisites. However, most organizations approach their transformation projects traditionally, where either the project scope is narrow or a single target approach is adopted. o The more informed customers are about their environments before the start of the project, the more likely they are to be successful. This can be as simple as a custom code evaluation, but embracing the entirety of the project and the organizational change it can bring is essential.
o Involving business teams in the transformation process is vital to the success of initiatives beyond the deployment phase. Failure to do so may result in failure to see technology adopted post-implementation.
