Alessandro has worked in the field of IT since 2004, specializing in SAP in 2009 and working on global SAP projects in various roles since that date. Alessandro is an active contributor and moderator in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance space on SAP SCN. Alessandro is in charge of Xiting’s operations in the United States and a subject matter expert in SAP Access Control, SAP Cloud IAG, and SAP Security.

Alex Horan Onapsis

Alex Horan, Vice President of Product Management for Onapsis, is responsible for the development of ERP vulnerability assessment, testing and securing solutions. Alex has over 18 years of experience working within the IT security industry, covering both software and hardware. He brings a deep knowledge and understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, as well as systems and network administration and auditing, to his work at Onapsis. Alex has previously worked for mid- and large-sized companies helping to design and maintain their security posture.

Alex oversees our Tax division and personally specialises in recruiting within the EMEA Indirect Tax & Tax Technology markets, covering mandates from the Assistant Manager to leadership grades. From boutiques to the Big 4, and start-ups to multinational corporations, Alex manages a diverse portfolio of clients worldwide which has enabled him to develop a vast global network of indirect tax and tax technology professionals in 40+ countries.
Alex Noordergraaf Director of Product Management, Virtustream

Alex Noordergraaf is the Director of Product Management for Virtustream, responsible for productizing, launching and maintaining the SAP services and cloud solutions portfolio. Alex has worked in this role at Virtustream for 5 years, having previously worked for EMC for 5 years as a Senior Consultant Product Manager, handling cloud-based data protection relation solutions in the service provider team. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and specializes in data center technologies, product development, and managing products throughout their entire life-cycle.

Alexander Ertl Tricentis

Alex is a Senior Product Manager at Tricentis and focuses on setting the strategy for Tricentis’ core products and delivering new features for SAP testing. Alex is also responsible for Tricentis’ Test Automation (TTA) product, which is specifically for SAP, along with their Enterprise Continuous Test (ECT) solution. Alex initially joined Tricentis as a consultant and is passionate about incorporating customer feedback. He also has 7 years of consulting and Solutions Manager experience, where he focused on implementing CI/CD for SAP projects at a multinational oil and gas company.

Alison Biggan SAP

Alison Biggan is the President Corporate Marketing at SAP. In this role, she leads SAP’s overall product marketing strategy and oversees its field and industry marketing teams across the world. Committed to the SAP customer community, Alison is energized by partnering with businesses to drive real-world impact through SAP technology and helping them develop into intelligent enterprises.
A collaborative and pragmatic leader, Alison believes deeply in the power of building diverse teams to drive results. She is committed to investing in the professional development of up-and-coming marketers and ensuring everyone has a voice. Alison joined SAP in 2007 through its acquisition of Business Objects and has held global leadership roles in the platform business since 2010. She played an instrumental role in the introduction and growth of flagship product SAP HANA in 2010, an achievement she considers to be one of her proudest career moments. Prior to joining SAP, she began her career in sports marketing and sponsorship sales with the Vancouver Canuck Foundation, PGA Tour and BC Lions. Alison shifted to the high-tech industry in 2001, joining Crystal Decisions, which was later acquired by Business Objects in 2003.

Active in her community, Alison is passionate about the importance of youth sports – believing participation, teamwork and competition build critical skills that last a lifetime. Alison attended the University of British Columbia and lives in Vancouver, Canada with her husband and two children.

Allison Read is a senior manager in EY’s People Advisory Services practice. She focuses primarily on the public sector to enable change management journeys and realize the potential of business transformation, including operational design and process improvement, people and culture and strategic planning. Allison has worked with government departments at the municipal, provincial and federal levels across Canada.
Alpesh Parmar

Alpesh Parmar is the managing partner at ultimumIT, Inc. He has over 11 years of experience in the IT field and led many SAP implementations. He is an internationally recognized and a renowned subject matter expert for SAP GRC solutions and has been speaking at different SAP conferences. His articles have been published in SAP forums, SAPinsider, and the SAPexperts GRC hub. Before founding ultimumIT, Inc., he was at Levi Strauss & Co. for almost three years serving as GRC architect/advisor. Prior to joining Levi, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and led multiple SAP GRC engagements. He also served as implementation team lead at SAP Labs and as senior software developer at Virsa Systems. Alpesh holds a bachelor’s degree in control engineering (B.E.I.C.) from Gujarat University, in India, and a master’s degree in computer science (M.S.C.S.) from Monmouth University, in New Jersey.

She is passionate about helping customers in their digital transformation journey by supporting them with needed empowerment and prescriptive guidance to successfully achieve their business goals.

Amit Saha CEO, Saviynt

Amit Saha is the Chief Executive Officer at Saviynt. He brings over two decades of industry expertise in helping organizations address identity, security, and compliance challenges. Previously, Amit served as COO of Saviynt, where he led sales, business development, alliances, and go-to-market strategy. Before joining Saviynt, Amit held leadership positions at Infosys and HCL.

Amr El Meleegy Principal, Enterprise Architect, SAP

Amr El Meleegy is Principal, Enterprise Architect, at SAP. Prior to his current role he was a Principal Value Advisor with SAP Digital Business Services helping enterprises identify the economic impact of modernizing their ERP and enterprise software applications.

Amr started his SAP career 9 years ago in product marketing where as Sr. Director of Product Marketing he helped launch and take to market SAP’s next generation cloud ERP.

Amr received his MBA from the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, CA and earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two cats and spends his spare time turning wrenches under his car.

Amy Grubb

Amy Grubb is the CEO and principal consultant at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc. She has consulted in the HCM space for more than 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Management practice. Amy has a deep background with SuccessFactors, having implemented the suite since 2007. She also has implemented SAP HCM on-premise solutions for many years so she brings a unique skillset and understanding to her clients. Amy holds three SuccessFactors consultant certifications in Align & Perform, Talent Sourcing, and Talent Management. Currently, Amy teaches Mastery Courses for SAP Education including Recruiting Management Mastery, Recruiting Marketing Mastery, Succession Mastery, and Performance and Goal Management Mastery. She has implemented numerous modules within SuccessFactors, including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, CDP, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning for clients globally. Amy is the coauthor of the book SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM.

Amy Wilson SAP SuccessFactors

Amy Wilson serves as SVP of Products & Design for SAP SuccessFactors.  She leads a global team of developers, designers, product managers, and enabling teams partnering with the more than 6200 customers to build and deliver the industry-leading, cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Prior to SAP, Amy led product for Workday’s HCM solutions. Amy was also previously Vice President and Principal Analyst of People Management Technologies at Constellation Research Group. Prior to that, Amy led the team responsible for the Oracle HCM Cloud talent applications.

Amy serves on the Board of Directors for Eden Information & Resources, a non-profit that serves the most vulnerable of Alameda County seeking health, housing, and human services. Amy also serves as Managing Director at Golden Seeds, Silicon Valley, an investment firm that pursues gender-diversity and financial results by investing in early-stage women-led companies.

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology.


Anand Raval Accenture

Anand Raval is an established IT executive with proven experience leading major enterprise digital transformations for large global companies.

Throughout his career he has consistently delivered results, and has thrived in each position over an 18 year career in technology consulting. Peers respect his ability to meet constantly changing client, business, and technology needs. Anand has demonstrated the ability to act as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholder groups throughout his career.

Anand’s most recent success can be seen as Digital Transformation Delivery Lead with Accenture, where he is leading Accenture’s global roadmap for SAP in the cloud.

Andrea Earle BCLC

Andrea Earle is an experienced People Insights Analyst in BCLC’s People and Culture team. Andrea is passionate about supporting her organization by creating opportunities to support data driven decision making while keeping employee experiences in mind. Andrea creates opportunities for stakeholders across her organization to leverage data to identify continuous improvement opportunities, with the most recent initiatives being focused on BCLC’s Workforce Experience Strategy. By leveraging this data from employee surveys, BCLC was able to better support our remote workforce through COVID-19.

Andreas Golze Senior Vice President, Quality, Engineering, and Assurance Services

Andreas Golze is the Global Head of the Quality Engineering and Assurance Services for Cognizant. During his tenure, the organization has grown to over 33,000 professionals in 50 locations supporting over 800 Cognizant clients. Andreas’ QEA organization is consistently recognized by top analysts including Gartner, Forrester, Everest, and IDG as a Leader, particularly in areas of continuous testing, AI tools and digital business assurance.

Andreas Schmidt T-Systems International GmbH

Since 1986 Andreas Schmidt is part of Deutsche Telekom family. He worked for different departments within Deutsche Telekom but since 2000 he’s been working with SAP Solutions at T-Systems International GmbH.

Starting as ABAP developer 20 years ago he soon took over responsibility as development and offshore coordinator for different international projects. As a consultant and project manager for the SAP Solution Manager he worked several years in Europe and US. 2018 Andreas moved to the Portfolio Management SAP at T-Systems International GmbH as Offering Manager for the topic Digitalization with SAP.

Andreas Welsch SAP

Andreas Welsch defines and executes SAP’s strategy of embedding intelligent automation into end-to-end business processes within SAP S/4HANA, SAP Industry Cloud, and via SAP Business Process Intelligence. Together with his global team of product managers, he partners with SAP’s customers to identify and prove out high-value/high-impact use cases for intelligent automation and helps customers to adopt them. Andreas has been a trusted innovation advisor to C-level executives, senior management, and domain experts across lines of business and industries.

Throughout the past 19 years in the software industry, Andreas has held several roles spanning solution management for machine learning, corporate strategy and M&A, board office staff, new business incubation, and IT project management. Andreas holds an MBA from Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule in Germany.
