DataXstream has announced a partnership with Pearl Group to help organizations modernize and streamline sales process management across sales channels with DataXstream’s OMS+.

By joining forces in this partnership, SAP PartnerEdge Build member, DataXstream and Pearl Group commit themselves to following SAP’s digital roadmap and providing customers with a high-quality buying and selling experience.

OMS+ is an SAP Endorsed App, which extends SAP SD to help customers improve how they sell and is designed for counter, mobile and sales associate or customer service representative-driven transactions. It is built to work within SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP ERP.

The SAP SD solution utilizes the SAP platform that a business already has in place and makes it faster and more efficient.

Tim Yates, CEO, DataXstream, said: “With SAP strong experience this partnership between Pearl Group and DataXstream will grow OMS+ sales and SAP systems capabilities in the Nordics. We are pleased to offer this support to our SAP customers in the region and we look forward to our successful partnership.”

OMS+ is said to give organizations a “significant competitive advantage” enabling complex SAP orders processes with minimal end-user training, in turn allowing for real-time interaction with the supply chain. It is designed to enhance the experience of both the customer and buyer and drive business modernization transformation.

Pearl Group, according to the company, is the largest SAP partner in the Nordics, with certifications on AWS and Microsoft. It implements IT solutions quickly and maintains and develops the solution after implementation.

The announcement comes after DataXstream’s OMS+ was selected by King Arthur Bakery Company to help scale its business into new markets and expand across additional sales channels.

As it looked to extend retail opportunities into new markets, King Arthur Baking purchased OMS+ to achieve a “frictionless customer experience across multiple sales channels” and provide an “intuitive employee experience”.
