Nitin Badjatia serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Solutions for SAP CX. A veteran of the enterprise software business, Nitin has held executive positions at Servicenow, Oracle, RightNow, and Siebel Systems. Before diving into technology, Nitin was in global institutional risk at NationsBank and Mellon. He is also a founding board member of Customer Commons, a non-profit spinoff from the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet Law and Society, at Harvard Law School.
