Natasha Grmusa is the Manager of HR Management Systems at the City of Mississauga. Natasha has been with the City since 2005, spending the majority of her career in Human Resources. Natasha has been involved in numerous projects across the corporation; most recently leading the enterprise-wide implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management suite. Her specialty lies in translating business requirements into technical solutions and leveraging her analytical skills to drive informed and strategic business decisions.
