Larry joined Delivery Hero SE in 2016 where he introduced and established the internal audit function. He is the Head of Internal Audit and CAE and has grown the team to over fifteen internal auditors. Larry has more than 20 years’ experience as an innovative, data-driven Internal Audit leader. His  mission is simplifying processes, auditing what matters most, and engaging stakeholders. He believes that while auditing is a serious endeavor, it is also about storytelling and fun, and he enjoys telling stories about how internal audit aligns with strategic objectives to protect and add value to our organizations via independent assurance.
