He has 20 years of consulting and project management experience in large-scale business transformation and SAP Vertex implementation projects. He has led implementations of a variety of Vertex and SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA, BRIM / Hybris Billing, SAP ECC, CRM, and SCM. James has led global implementation, rollout and upgrade projects / program, worked on and managed engagements in America, EMEA and Asia.
