Dr. Autumn Krauss leads the Market Research & Customer Engagement team, which is a cross-disciplinary team of experts responsible for providing an “outside-in” perspective by analyzing workforce trends, customer needs, and HCM market dynamics to generate evidence-based insights, informing SAP SuccessFactors’ product strategy and offering market thought leadership. The team’s original research agenda, led by Research Scientists with PhDs in Organizational Psychology, includes topics across the spectrum of HR strategy, with recent programs focused on employee experience, people management, AI, and the role of the CHRO in the C-suite. Autumn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Occupational Health Psychology from Colorado State University.
