Amy Wilson serves as SVP of Products & Design for SAP SuccessFactors.  She leads a global team of developers, designers, product managers, and enabling teams partnering with the more than 6200 customers to build and deliver the industry-leading, cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solution. Prior to SAP, Amy led product for Workday’s HCM solutions. Amy was also previously Vice President and Principal Analyst of People Management Technologies at Constellation Research Group. Prior to that, Amy led the team responsible for the Oracle HCM Cloud talent applications. Amy serves on the Board of Directors for Eden Information & Resources, a non-profit that serves the most vulnerable of Alameda County seeking health, housing, and human services. Amy also serves as Managing Director at Golden Seeds, Silicon Valley, an investment firm that pursues gender-diversity and financial results by investing in early-stage women-led companies. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology.
