This partnership will integrate Boomi’s advanced API Management with ServiceNow’s Automation Engine, providing comprehensive API environment visibility and governance. Boomi's vendor-neutral federated API management solution mitigates API sprawl. As a ServiceNow customer, Boomi will use the ServiceNow App Engine to improve customer support and self-service options, leveraging the Now Platform for enterprise-scale workflow automation, breaking down data silos, simplifying processes, and enhancing collaboration. Boomi will also integrate workflows into its cloud-based Master Data Hub using ServiceNow’s App Engine for a more intuitive user experience.
