Martin Greaves

Martin Greaves is a tertiary qualified senior business process management expert with business process strategy development, ERP design & configuration, system implementation and functional department management skills developed over a 20 year period. Greaves have worked with SAP R/3 and now S/4 integrated business solutions for the past 20 years as a business process analyst, implementation and upgrade project leader and SAP program manager, his original focus was on maintenance, materials management, finance and capital. Additionally through project management and personnel management roles his skills have developed across the entire supply chain processes. Leading, developing and inspiring teams of individuals is a passion so they too can reach their potential which will ensure the current business needs and the needs of the future are met. Most recently, he was leading the S/4 implementation of enterprise asset management and supply chain business processes for Stockland. The scope of his role included integrated processes between SAP S/4, ARIBA, ESRI Geospatial solutions and Opentext VIM technology. Management of BIM technology and processes primarily in the Design and Construction phases of projects is also included in the scope of his role to manage the entire asset lifecycle for new and existing assets across the organisation.
