Lisa is a seasoned treasury professional with over 15 years of management level experience across diverse organizations, including Fortune 500 companies (Faurecia Automotive) and privately held firms (Eastman Outdoors & Irvin Products). Her extensive background encompasses strategic treasury initiatives, including department establishment, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation. In her role as Value Engineer at Kyriba, Lisa collaborates with global treasury executives and their teams to facilitate treasury transformation initiatives. She employs a comprehensive approach that includes benchmarking, capability maturity modeling, current process risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies. Through this collaborative process, Lisa develops a strategic road map that illustrates how leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative process improvements can optimize treasury operations and deliver substantial value to their organization.
