Ken Coleman as been a Business Intelligence Manager at the American Red Cross for two decades. He has been a guest speaker at many SAP Insider conferences as well as SAP TechEd and the SAP Federal Forum. He is an expert in data architecture and analytics and feels building good data models is the most difficult part of any analytics/BI project which is his focus in his speaking engagements.
