Jody is an accomplished customer success executive renowned for her expertise in driving exceptional customer retention and revenue growth within global, multi-product organizations. Her commitment to enhancing post-sale experiences and leading dynamic teams has markedly improved customer outcomes. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer for Conexiom, Jody leverages her expertise to propel the company's growth and customer-centric focus. Previously, as the CCO and Managing Director at Litera, she was instrumental in driving significant revenue and customer base expansion. Jody holds a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and is a graduate of K1's Advanced Management Program.
