Scott Cairncross is a Partner and co-founder at TruQua Enterprises and a recognized thought leader in the area of Enterprise Software focused on SAP Analytics and SAP ERP solutions. He has 16+ years of SAP implementation experience and is passionate about helping customers achieve their return on investment from their enterprise software solutions. During the past 10 years, Scott has focused on Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Consolidation, Analytics, Usability Design, and Cloud Development. Scott’s focus during the past 4 years has been primarily in S/4HANA for Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Consolidation. Scott frequently speaks at national and local events on Cloud and Analytics topics from strategy to implementation know-how. Scott has also spoken at ASUG/Sapphire, SAPinsider events, as well as various ASUG Chapter meetings. He has been published in SAP Professional Journal, SAP Press, and SAPinsider. Prior to starting TruQua, Scott was the Senior Director of the SAP Enterprise Performance Management Regional Implementation Group in the Americas. He has worked with countless large enterprise and SME customers to assist with their EPM & Analytics Solutions Strategies and Implementation.
Scott joined SAP in 2007. In his 16 years with SAP, Scott has worked with SAP customers helping them understand how to utilize SAP solutions to achieve the best outcome. In his current role, he is closely connected with the various product teams and advises our customers on SAP’s strategic direction in respect to SAP’s Cloud Platform.
A veteran SAP IT professional with 15+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, Scott enjoys excellent knowledge of, and in-depth experience with architecting, selling, implementing, and managing Cloud-based solutions across the entire SAP application suite (SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ERP, BW/BOBJ, SCM/APO/CRM, NetWeaver components, BPC, etc.) for a wide variety of industry verticals in the Large Enterprise and Mid-Market spaces – Pharmaceutical, Retail, Wholesale, CPG Manufacturing, Energy, High Technology, and more. Scott joined oXya in 2015, following its acquisition by Hitachi Group, in order to lead the company’s expansion in North America as its head of business development in North America. Prior to oXya, Scott held senior executive roles as Chief Operating Officer of a different SAP managed services firm; and before that, he was Vice President of SAP Managed Services at SAP America. Scott’s specialty is the Sales and Delivery of complex, high-value SAP managed services relationships.
Scott is a change agent and explorer helping organizations transform through value engineering. He also co-authored the “Cognitive Enterprise” with popular business commentator Bob Lewis.
Scott Nalick is a solution advisor in SAP’s Center of Excellence for Digital Supply Chain and Industry 4.0. As an industrial engineer working in wafer fabs and on electronic assembly floors, he was an early pioneer in the use of advanced planning and scheduling, factory modeling, and the use of digital twins to improve shop floor and plant productivity. He then did a supply chain focused tour of duty with the top tier ERP, best of breed supply chain planning, and predictive analytics solution providers.

Dr. Selmin Danis Oncul is working in IT industry more than 20 years at roles as ERP Consultant, Project manager, Program Manager and SAP department manager. She is responsible for SAP license sales, Consulting delivery and Application Management Services of SAP in Sabanci Digital for the last 7 years. She graduated from Marmara University at 2000 as Industrial Engineer and then completed her masters degree at Bogazici University in 2003 and Phd. Degree at Istanbul Technical University at 2012 in Turkey. Her company is giving SAP consulting services to Sabanci Holding Group companies and other non-group companies in Turkey. She is also working as part-time lecturer at Bahcesehir University MIS Program and giving ERP and Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation lectures. She is a member of PMI Turkey and holding PMP, CSM and Prince2 Practitioner certifications. She spent many years at managing ERP/SAP implementation projects as consultant, project manager, program manager and steering committee member.
Sérgio has over 20 years working on integrations with the major ERPs in the market. His current role within Thomson Reuters is focused on improving and expanding ERP/Partners plugins and integration methods for ONESOURCE products like Indirect Tax Determination and Global Trade. He has participated on the implementation of global trade and tax solutions integrated with customer ERPs in hundreds of multinational companies interacting with customer global ERP teams around the world. Sérgio received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from The Catholic University of Campinas, SP, Brazil with a minor in Accounting.
