With a large amount of companies adopting low-code today, it looks like it is becoming the future. According to the findings from SAPinsider benchmark report, the majority of business leaders are considering the adoption of low-code within their systems, with supply chain and finance and accounting functions leading the way (56 percent) and purchasing (40 percent), sales and marketing (35 percent), customer service (34 percent) and human resources (31 percent) falling not far behind.

Within the SAP community, the talk of the low-code town is SAP Build, the solution for low-code application development and automation. It includes products like SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Build Work Zone and helps to visually create apps, automate processes and design business sites with drag-and-drop functionality.

To find out how users feel about SAP Build, SAPinsider gathered feedback from individual users in TrustRadius, a buyer intelligence platform for business technology that serves as a partner for SAP’s Peer Review Program.

Users’ personal experience with SAP Build

In their experience with SAP Build, users emphasize the simplicity of its implementation, that it allows the creation of personalized digital applications and helps to increase performance and development speed.

“Our organization uses SAP Build Process Automation software to streamline the application development process and code building. The product enables us to increase the functionality of every low-code development and automate all complex processes,” said Simon Gitaka, Digital Marketer at the Academic Research Experts.

He added: “The SAP Build Process product is best suited for managing pipelines and scrum boards without limitations. Implementation of the software is also simple, and unlimited users can connect the software with third-party systems to push codes. The software integrates well with other products, making it easy to build and deploy pipelines. […]”

Other users reported that the solution has also optimized work processes, simplified third-party product integration and ensured no interrupted IT support services.
