Thomas Keim joined Serrala in 2009. In his position as Senior Solution Architect he provides professional consulting services for organizations regarding process optimization within the areas of Payments, Bank Communication and Cash Management. He has a proven track record in active support with business case analysis and return on investment (ROI) calculations. Prior to joining Serrala, Thomas worked as Senior Account Director at SWIFT with responsibility for “SWIFT for Corporates” and as Senior Vice President at former Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt and New York with different responsibilities in the cash & payment management area. Thomas has 35 years of experience in the financial industry.
