Sue Davis

Sue Davis is currently the Manager, IT Enterprise Applications for SAP at Abiomed, a medical device company that manufactures the “World’s Smallest Heart Pump.” After retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2005, Sue started her professional career in the public sector as a Quality Leader at Timken Aerospace. In this role, she worked directly with the U.S. Government and aircraft OEM manufacturers. During her Timken assignment, she worked on her first SAP implementation. Continuing her journey in Aerospace, Sue accepted a role as Quality Manager with Albany Engineered Composites and continued to work as a “subject matter expert” in SAP. In 2016, she moved into the IT space as a Business Analyst for the SAP team. After joining IT, she led three QM/PP module implementations. In 2018, she accepted a Business Analyst position with Abiomed and jumped directly into a S4 HANA implementation. Sue was promoted to her current position in March 2022.
