Pierre Politte

Pierre Politte began his career with strategy consulting and employee experience design before transitioning to sales for the last couple of decades. He joined SuccessFactors as an AE in 2011 during the Lars Dalgaard years, before the acquisition of Plateau and the acquisition by SAP. In the SAP/SFSF ecosystem, he also was a VP of Channel and of Sales at SuccessFactors implementers. Pierre partners with HRIZONS as a SuccessFactors AE and more recently joined HRIZONS as the VP of Sales and Development for North America. Pierre and team strive to assist customers with digital transformation advise, perspective, and support as a boutique supplementing the skills, knowledge, and capacity of the organization’s HR and Technology teams. In addition to working and family time, Pierre volunteers as a guide for a non-sighted runner and coaches Special Olympics.
