Mike Ellis

Mike leads the Professional Services division globally at Zalaris & the Zalaris APAC Organisation. He has over 23 years of Cloud based HCM experience working with Rizing, Synchrony Global, ADP, NGA and HCL AXON in a number of leadership roles including consulting, support, operations and sales. Clients that Mike has worked with include Woolworths, Bridgestone, IRT Group, Singtel, BHP Billiton, Changi Airport Group, AMP, Ralph Lauren, Steelcase and Medtronics. Mike was a founding partner and Chief Commercial Officer of Synchrony Global, an Organisation acquired by Rizing in 2019. After 21 years of uninterrupted growth, Zalaris has reached around €78 million in annualized revenue. We are supported by over 800 highly skilled employees across 15 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, Poland, Germany, France, India, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Ireland and the UK.
