Max Mendez works as Supply Chain, Inventory Lead for Johns Hopkins Health System. In this role, Max identifies and develops strategic improvement opportunities for the management/process of supplies and the analysis of data, to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency. Max has been part of the core team that has implemented SAP in a total of four hospitals within the Johns Hopkins System. He also was part of the core group that provided SAP recommendations for Johns Hopkins Aramco in Saudi Arabia. Max has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland, The Sellinger School of Business and Management.
