Dhaksayan Shanmuganayagam

Dhaksayan joined the TTC in 2009 as a Programmer Analyst in the ITS department. He moved through the ITS department in various positions as Systems Analyst in 2010, Senior Solutions Architect in 2013, Deputy Chief Enterprise Architect in 2017, and most recently appointed as the Head – ITS. In his career at the TTC, Dhaksayan has been in various lead roles on large business transforming technology projects. During his tenure as Deputy Chief Enterprise Architect he was responsible for leading the IT strategic planning and the solution architecture practice within the Enterprise Architecture group. Dhaksayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
