It is always complex to transform finance and simplify processes and systems to gain real time information in a multiple legacy hard-wired financial systems setup. The Home Depot’s transformation is a multi-year initiative centered around the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. To date, the R2R team has implemented Central Finance, Group Reporting, Central Payments, and Treasury.
