PSM faced challenges with outdated overnight data downloads, siloed data systems, and inefficiencies in accessing and analyzing key business and engineering data. Apiphani implemented a strategic data pipeline on AWS, integrating tools like S3, Lambda, Glue, QuickSight, and PowerBI to create self-service data products and streamline data access. The initiative launched five key data products (including product delivery and demand management) with funding for five more, significantly improving data-driven decision-making. The flexible and scalable platform also paved the way for advanced ML and AI applications. As a result, PSM has reduced reporting time, improved system performance, and is eliminating unnecessary databases, leading to cost savings and operational efficiencies. The company now plans to expand its data capabilities, reinforcing Apiphani’s role as a strategic technology partner.
