“Every month, SAP comes out with new security patches, and this raises the question: What is my risk, and how do I best get my SAP systems patched and protected?” said Bill Oliver, Director, Technical Services – Americas, atSecurityBridge, an SAP Security Platform provider.

SecurityBridge, which counts Sanofi and Schneider Electric among its customers, announced the introduction of its SAP Management Dashboard, an integrated application for its SAP Security Platform that provides real-time, customizable views and analyses of all SAP data through a single pane of glass. The solution is anticipated to be released in early Q2 2023.

“The widely held belief that SAP doesn’t get hacked is changing. Ten years ago, that would have been the case, but today more people are starting to recognize that the firewall, router, or technical infrastructure won’t eliminate the threat,” added Oliver.

SecurityBridge’s Management Dashboard solution offers a holistic view of all security threats to a customer’s SAP system and enables them to tell a complete, concise security story that can be brought both up the chain to C-level executives and down the chain to a tactical level.

Historically, it would take days if not weeks to put a thorough security report together. Now, customers have the real-time data to act quickly in order to implement patches, identify bad code, stop unauthorized access in the event of a rogue remote function call, and more. Management Dashboard users can continually view threat detection, monitor activities, identify who’s running code, take data out of the system, or move data from one system to another.
