Resity Builds Nearshore SAP Consulting Capacity for Europe

Resity Technologies markets itself as a nearshore SAP consulting center of excellence serving Western European consultancies and end users. The company is headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia, with additional offices in Zagreb, Croatia and Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and it is backed by Delta Holding, one of the largest non-state employers in Southeastern Europe.

A Nearshore Bench Built on Delta Holding’s SAP Footprint

The parent company anchors the pitch. Delta Holding was founded in 1991 and reported roughly 4,500 employees and more than 600 million EUR in revenue at the time Resity launched. Delta runs SAP extensively across its own group operations in agriculture, food processing, real estate, retail, distribution, and ecommerce, and it built an internal partner ecosystem of SAP professionals in Serbia and Croatia before spinning Resity out to sell that capacity externally.

The Academy and Language Layer

Training runs through the Resity SAP Academy, based in Belgrade with a Zagreb site planned. The academy recruits junior consultants annually through university partnerships and puts them through SAP certification alongside intensive language instruction. Graduates reach advanced English and upper-intermediate German, a combination aimed squarely at DACH and UK deployments. Delta Holding supplies the academy with SAP infrastructure, training equipment, and back-office support.
