M&S Consulting Expands Federal SAP Reach With NASA SEWP VI Award

Recently, NASA named M&S Consulting an awardee on its Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract. The 10-year, $60 billion government-wide acquisition contract covers IT modernization, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise application.

M&S Consulting describes itself as pairing small-business agility with enterprise-grade delivery capability for federal agencies. For SAP customers in government, it adds one more contract-ready path to source migration work.

SAP Practice Anchors the SEWP VI Scope

Enterprise applications sit at the center of what M&S Consulting can now deliver under the contract. The company’s SAP practice covers strategy, implementation, and managed services across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BRIM, and SAP RISE, and it says it has helped clients move from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

That migration path sits on a fixed timeline: mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC ends December 31, 2027. M&S notes that SAP RISE, the vendor’s primary route to the cloud, does not include implementation services, a gap the company positions its SEWP VI-backed team to fill for agencies that still need hands-on migration support.

HUBZone Status Adds to Federal Track Record

M&S Consulting’s new award builds on federal contracting history that predates SEWP VI.

The company holds Small Business Administration HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Business, and Small Disadvantaged Business certifications. It already carries the FBI ITSSS-2 and Navy SeaPort NxG prime contracts, a GSA Multi-Award Schedule, and a spot on the outgoing NASA SEWP V vehicle.

HUBZone certification carries a concrete procurement benefit. The SBA applies a 10 percent price evaluation preference to HUBZone bids in full-and-open competitions, on top of a government-wide goal of steering 3 percent of federal contract dollars to certified firms. That status gives M&S Consulting’s task orders a pricing edge against other bidders.

Award Enters a Crowded SEWP VI Field

M&S Consulting’s win is one of 2,115 total SEWP VI awards NASA issued to roughly 1,490 companies on June 22, 2026, spanning three service categories. Enterprise application and SAP-style engagements fall largely under Category B, Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions, which drew 692 awardees.

The pool marks a sharp expansion from SEWP V, which had just 147 holders that together obligated $79.7 billion in task order volume. For federal SAP customers, that scale means SEWP VI works less as an exclusive gateway to M&S Consulting and more as one crowded field where the company’s track record will need to stand out.
