Boomi Boosts Security with Third-Party Accreditation From ISO

Intelligent connectivity and automation giant Boomi has received third-party accreditation from the International Standards Organization (ISO) for its Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

The company is now an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certified provider. In addition, its ISO certifications include control objectives from ISO 27017:2015 and ISO 27018:2019, both of which provide guidance on the information security aspects of cloud computing and the protection of personal data in the cloud.

Obtaining these certifications has enabled Boomi to continue upholding the highest levels of information security and privacy on a global scale.

End-to-end compliance solutions provider A-LIGN issued Boomi’s certifications upon completion of a formal audit process. The ISO 27001 certification will enable Boomi to reduce security incidents through implemented controls specific to its unique risks and assets.

Boomi demonstrated the necessary technical controls in place and formalized IT security and privacy procedures and measures to safeguard and protect information from unauthorized access or compromise.
