As a result, corporate organizations and commercial real estate companies will benefit from optimized management of their real estate portfolio together with an improved and more sustainable building performance.

The collaboration combines Planon’s first-rate real estate and smart building management solution with SAP’s market-leading ERP capabilities, providing a more comprehensive integration of processes and technology. For customers, this will help increase value across the entire enterprise, including enhanced compliance and IoT-enabled business insights and automation.

Also, they will benefit from streamlined solution integration to serve improved operations for all departments involved in management, maintenance, and support of real estate facilities, such as Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, HR and business-specific functions like Real Estate and Facility Management. SAP Business Technology Platform will serve as the central integration platform for the new combined solutions.
