Craig is also the ASUG IT Operations Alliance Community's Task Force Lead and an SAP Insider Expert focused on application lifecycle management. SAP chose Craig to speak at the 40TH annual SAP Max Attention Summit in Waldorf, Germany, where he outlined the benefits of deploying a fully integrated ITSM system through Solution Manager and the value it enabled for his employer.
